    Management is terrible
The good thingsSome of the coworkers
The challengesManagement needs significant improvement, particularly at the branch manager. There appears to be a disconnect between leadership and employees on the ground. Greater transparency, accountability, and genuine care for staff wellbeing would improve morale. At present, the focus seems heavily weighted toward profit targets, while frontline employees remain on minimum wages with limited support or recognition.

Don't trust management and the clicky groups of people who are usually one in the same.
The good thingsSome genuinely hard-working people are there
The challengesManagement and Systems are very old and old fashioned. They need to change their style but refuse to. They need to trust in their staff but instead use them when Management do wrong. Also, a very toxic environment with clicky groups that alienate others.

do not waste your time and effort is the best advice i can give you for the low pay you get.
The good thingsmostly all co-workers are great to work with, and cheap car parts that is it
The challengesmanagement want you to work like robots. from warehouse to upper management, it's all about their data

Dispatch supervisor needs to talk less, he does not stop talking all day every day.
The good thingsGood working hours, some nice people.
The challengesAll everyone does is complain non stop about each other. We're here to work, not start a gossip mums club about who picked or packed wrong. I went insane about how much everyone talks about each other, especially the supervisor.

A Rewarding Experience in a Supportive, Fast-Paced Environment
The good thingsWorking here has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The Marketing team is full of talented, down-to-earth people who are always supportive and collaborative. There’s a genuine passion for doing great work, without ego. The environment is fast-paced yet empowering, offering real autonomy and the freedom to take initiative. You’re trusted to lead projects and encouraged to grow through learning and new challenges. Leadership is a standout—supportive, invested in your development, and committed to helping you succeed. It’s a place where a positive, proactive mindset goes a long way. The more effort you put in, the more opportunities you’ll unlock. The culture feels like a big family—people genuinely care, support one another, and celebrate success together. For anyone passionate about automotive or motorsport, this is the ideal workplace—full of like-minded people who share that enthusiasm every day.
The challengesOf course, like any business, there are challenges. You’ll encounter demanding stakeholders and fast-moving priorities—but that’s part of the territory in any fast-growing company. What sets this place apart is the way those challenges are viewed: not as roadblocks, but as learning opportunities. If you’re someone who’s proactive and open to feedback, you’ll come out of it stronger and more capable.

Avoid at all cost, the most toxic work environment I have ever worked at. Everybody thinks they are higher management who own the company and get away with it.
The good thingsStaff discount on spare parts. Husband & wife who started the business ran it as a family owned company and genuinely cared for their staff, before they passed away.
The challengesIt was a very negative work environment. Up skilling was never heard of, stuck in the some position for years. Large turnover of staff due to poor management & corporate takeover.

What used to be a great family business has gone too corporate and that has resulted in a very low morale work environment where you are worked into the ground performing multiple roles for minimal pay.
The good things- Staff Discount - Somewhat friendly team
The challenges- Branch manager avoids confrontation and does not resolve internal staff issues. - Pay is not reflective of your role, as you are doing the work of two or more people. - No lunch breaks, eat at your desk while still taking calls/serving the front counter. - No room to grow, stuck in the same role for years if not permanently. - High staff turnover due to poor management and corporate takeover.

Loyalty means nothing to the owners anymore, you are just a number that isn’t appreciated.
The good thingsUsed to be a good family owned and operated business where everyone knew everyone and owners genuinely cared for their staff, well before the old man passed.
The challengesManagers from competitors coming in, taking over and turning the place corporate and running the place into the ground. The family atmosphere is gone and owners have lost touch with what’s going on.

With such pay, you need to think twice.
The good thingsPeople are nice to get along.
The challengesParking is a big challenge with limited spare available, you are on your own most of the time finding a place to park the car. No S&OP set up around the company, everyone has their way of doing their work. Management is such a disappointment, training process is terriable.

Being a small branch and only having a work crew of 6-7 people, the lack of communication and honesty makes things extremely difficult to creat good work flow. Also have no flexibility toward family/person life and the low pay makes for a quiet unpleasant
The good thingsYou do get some very good prices on car parts with staff discount
The challengesNot many challenges to list..if any.
