COPE is a family that is the greatest part of this family business.
The good thingsThe people at COPE are amazing easy to get along with and we work great together. Every day is different which is great. It does not matter what position you hold we all help each other.
The challengesCurrently in progress our depot and warehouse are in different location but soon we will be under the same roof in a state-of-the-art depot & warehouse.

    Interesting & disappointing
The good thingsGreat niche market. High satisfaction with medical installs.
The challengesInternal politics. Division between set ice areas. If you’re not in the “boys” club and turn a blind eye to safety & workplace behaviour you’re not wanted. Senior managed wants “yes” men only.

FUN WHEN ON THE ROAD SOLO. BORING AND TOXIC IN WAREHOUSE.
The good thingsBeing on the road solo.. the bbq's once a month.
The challenges the bad management and the way things are run there. Plus it's not a family company. Don't believe a word that's being said there. When u want more work u are being overlooked. Not a simple care in the world. Supervisors not even bothered to help solve delivery issues they just throw in at u to do. Avoid this place at all costs. DONT APPLY
