    The challengesEven if you work hard and produce results, performing above average, if certain head office staff dislike you, you will be replaced or pushed out. Work expectations are unachievable, and if timed cannot be met within a healthy work life balance.

    Before starting at iga i was quiet and shy, but while working here it has made me energetic, friendly and brought me out of my shell.
