overall. good, but training is terrible, and you have to fight for every shift you get. there is no loyalty to staff no matter how hard you work. but generally they are nice and you can approach them. but they just dont do anything to help you if you do.
The good thingsTHE BEACH. THE VIEW AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS GOOD.
The challengesBEING CALLED IN CONSISTANTLY FOR A FULL SHIFT AND BE SENT HOME HOURS EARLY. .. CONSISTANTLY.. WITH ANYONE, WHEN YOU ARE ON - YOU ARE ON TRIPPLE SPEED OR YOUR NOT ON AT ALL. NO TIPS.. NO LOYALTY TO STAFF. NO TRAINING AT ALL, you have to figure it out as you get there on the run.. in triple speed.

    Don't work here
The good thingsIt's by the beach, there are a lot of different sections of the hotel meaning more positions.
The challengesRosters are inconsistent. You make yourself available they won't give you shifts or they employ more people. You have to constantly complain to get hours you were promised
