    "The senior leadership team's legacy will be marked by their failure."
    The good thingsThe recruitment and initial on-boarding process were positive. That's it.
    The challengesThe statement means that the Leader is not being guided by capable and competent individuals. The senior leadership culture is extremely poor and it affects the way things are done at all levels of the organisation. They make big promises but fail to deliver on them. After working tirelessly for 5 months to improve the trust and integrity of the workforce, implementing tools to enhance safety and stabilising the budget, everything was undone in secret without the knowledge of the person who was working hard to make things better.
