Good for a start no long term carrear projectory unless you want to be stuck to doing the same thing
The good thingsThe team and the comunity in which we work within.
The challengesDefiently can improve the culture of the busienss mostly everything is measured by Kpi's in a highly voltile enviroment. Managers are clearly under the pump with no support my experiences as a Senior Collections Agent - wasnt the best your where allways mesured on your KPi's and their wasnt care from the buisness in which CC operated within.

Save your soul and stay away from collections.
The good thingsThe bonuses if you ever were lucky enough to get them. Most people were nice and the odd company outing was good.
The challengesManagement were not competent, team leaders did and said what they liked and were untouchable. Pay was not inline with the amount of work and the stress of the workplace. Would not recommend unless you don't care about the stress.

Sense of structure has a long way to go i.e. some of the key components being taught later in workshops once on the actual office floor in the role should be taught during induction training. It's a little back to front in terms of learning the key components of the role. Certain leadership/managerial styles work for certain people and some simply just don't. A Myers & Briggs test would go a long way in terms of analyzing who fits well under who. Too many workshops and daily meetings that take into the time to complete daily expected tasks. However, your hands are tied because you don't progress in the role if you don't attend these things. Paired with different buddies/mentors as a newbie into the role can be quite mentally draining/daunting because someone has a totally different approach to doing something. You then get told off that you shouldn't approach it in that particular way because it's incorrect which leaves you further confused. Overall mixed emotions on the role.
The good thingsI enjoyed the supportive team environment. Genuinely lovely people who work here. Breakfast is provided for you.
The challengesBeing in a highly intensive customer/sales role dealing with micro-managing can be quite off putting. The sense of structure always shifts on the daily depending on the KPI outputs. You feel like you are doing more than your delegated required tasks for the role.

It is what it is this company. Revolving door with staff.
The good thingsEmployees band together under lack of leadership and work life balance 2/3 Hybrid terms
The challengesHollow leadership, more inclined to focus of keeping their job then coaching staff.

Great organisation to work for who will assist your career development if you chase it
The good thingsLots of opportunity for development and career progression if you are someone that seeks it and are a person that is receptive to feedback. There are also uncapped bonuses you can earn and in some cases these bonuses can be quite large.
The challengesA lot of compliance within the industry can make performing well challenging and getting good at the role can take quite some time to get used to if you haven't worked in this industry before.

Provides a good understanding of the compliance and laws of collections and strengthens resilience and customer rapport building. Management support and proper coaching can differ from site/location but my personal experience is the reason I left.
The good thingsGood exposure to call centre work and how collections can impact customers/cients. Amazing incentives and bonus curriculum, first step training also very in-depth. Good work culture with most colleagues and frequent company outings/incentives.
The challengesManagement support and ongoing coaching - poor support from certain team leaders who are more KPI-focused than staff performing and training.

Whilst it is challenging and great for those with thick skin, CreditCorp provide amazing and top-notch training with how to deal with people, skip tracing was my favourite thing, every team is unique and is always welcoming and overall, CreditCorp is that friend that pulls you back up when you've been pushed down and always willing to help, train, assist and provide a happy working environment to their employees!
The good thingsThis company will look after you from personal issues all the way to actually acknowledging hard workers by opening up many doors! If you work on a Saturday, they provide the BEST breakfast and you can tell how much effort was put into the Christmas/special occasion/office parties.
The challengesDealing with people in debt, it's common to come across a client that has a colourful vocabulary/language and some people just won't answer the phone making it tough to assist people with their debts.

Great to escape the world or retail/hospitality
The good thingsOpportunity for growth, given that most individuals enter the company with little no experience in the field. Despite the fact the role can be emotionally draining, it is rewarding when you exceed - both financially and otherwise.
The challengesCommunication from senior management is poor and changes are often last-minute, with little to no regard on the impact this may have to their workforce. Countless feedback has been provided to them on this, little has changed.

If you want work experience, then come here and get it, then find any other job.
The good thingsWork-life balance, location near train station.
The challengesUnachievable targets, poor workplace dynamic, popularity contest, middle-Management creates unnecessary stress, upper Management has unreasonable expectations and doesn't care, toxic work environment, turnover rate very high due to the above-mentioned, salary low even after tenure, little chance of increased salary, targets unrealistic and stats will be used to avoid paying out bonus'
