    Working with Criniti's helped me significantly gain a lot of confidence and experience. Although we faced some trouble along the way, it taught me how to deal with certain situations. This place is only my second job and although I wouldn't go back, I don't regret spending 1 year as a waitress/host there as it helped me gain 1 year experience in customer service/waitressing
    The good things- Helped me gain a huge amount of confidence - Gained experience in customer service - Gained new friends - Worked along side people I knew - Helped me learn ways to deal with certain situations - Friendly environment - Professional environment
    The challenges- During extremely busy times, it got a bit stressful but my team and I always manage to overcome it - The company wanted to reduce pay to employees so they cut down the shifts, leading to understaff

    Went on holiday for two weeks and never got a shift afterwards

    The challengesMultiple managers that didn't communicate with each other before instructing staff (told to do one thing by one manager and then told to another by the other, then you get in trouble with the first)

    Incredibly draining and stressful with unrealistic targets and no recognition.
    The good thingsThe food was good, I enjoyed the community of staff all working together on busy nights.
    The challengesThe senior management of Criniti's was terrible to deal with- no support whatsoever, was the most stressful job I have ever had, the expectation to work ridiculous hours (14 hour days, 60 hr weeks sometimes) with no compensation when your contract was only 38 hours. Run off your feet each and every day with no recognition, only stressful demands from head office to hit KPI's and unrealistic targets. I was also expected to be contacted at all hours of the day with no time to switch off. Drove me to the ground.

    Don't work there unless you want to literally run for your money.
    The good thingsOpportunity to learn a lot about hospitality and food industry.
    The challengesThe worst management you could ever imagine. Extremely disorganised, disfunctional and some very intense power hierarchies are obvious to every employee there. Very fast turnover rate.

    The challengesPoor management as they do not know how to handle the workers and duties properly. No promotion or perks even if you do your best.

    Worked here during 2016-17 at the Castle Hill Criniti's. There were days that you were employed to work in and if they didn't have enough business, they would ask you to leave. Also, you wouldn't have a set time to leave, it was all dependant on when the
