    No support from upper management at all
    The good thingsTook on the role at Cristal as was good for my family doing a DIDO
    The challengesPersons that thought they were Middle management ran the show, do as i say and don't question. No idea how to run a mining site.

    The challengesLeadership team have only managerial skills, leadership team have destroyed the company culture. There is no vision for staff to follow. New ideas are extremely difficult to sell.
