    An absolute eye opening experience to what a perfect office culture looks like. I absolutely adore the office and people.
    The good thingsGreat team culture. Run by strong woman and strong men. Everyone is respectful and helpful. They want you to achieve your best.
    The challengesThey need more partner events. Need to include your external life a bit more.

    The good thingsVery organised event management/operations team making my onsite coordination role very simple. As a casual employee very understanding and flexible with availability.

    Great as a job not as a career choice.
    The good thingsThe work life balance in the company was great! You meet people that you can consider friends outside or work, each department would have a different perspective.
    The challengesI feel like the management was difficult to work with, there was not much communication, things were kept hidden to certain people etc. The room for growth is quite minimal and the turn over rate is very high.

    It's hard to find a culture and organisation as happy as this. It's not perfect but it's very competitive in a very healthy way and people know that being cordial and respectful is something naturally expected, and it does wonders!
