A Company focused on profits before staff wellbeing
The good thingsThe actual team members are fantastic to work with
The challengesManagement appears to have a distain for their staff and have lost focus on what really matters in the hospitality industry. On the outside all appears to be "team" orientated but within its the opposite.

A dynamic and professionally rewarding place to work, offering strong teamwork and growth.
The good thingsWorking at Crown Resorts has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience in many ways. The company provides a vibrant, fast‑paced environment where every day brings variety and interaction with people from all over the world.
The challengesAs with any major hospitality organisation, the fast pace and high expectations can at times be demanding. Peak periods can bring significant pressure, and maintaining service consistency during large events or busy seasons requires strong endurance and multitasking. Communication between departments can occasionally feel stretched due to the scale of the operation. Work‑life balance can also be challenging during holiday periods, when staffing needs are at their highest.

Work life balance is the worst. You have no control over life. You never know your days off. Extremely hard to take annual leave when you want.
The good thingsPerfect job for students.
The challengesZero work life balance. It’s good for only part time jobs.

recommend for casual workers definitely don’t recommend salary as they overuse you and expect you to be available 24/7 even on your “days off”
The good thingsfree meals washed uniform and HBF health benefits
The challengesextreme pressure- over worked (60hour weeks getting paid for 40) management is more focused on business rather than well being of staff. Be expected to be required to do the job of 2 people without the compensation and no support from upper management. Extremely toxic work environment
