    Don’t Bother! It’s a company with no culture.
    The good thingsThe people (colleagues)
    The challengesManagement is crazy! The US have no idea an about culture in Australia. Management in Sydney have changed so many times and the current management have no decision making ability (are just a stand in for the US muppets). Key people leave without any thought, just to move the roles to India who have no history or knowledge. All about cutting costs to sell. From a 9 day fortnight to cancelling… the list can go on!

    Below market average pay with minimal silver lining. Friends don't let friends work at Cubic. 😊
    The good thingsThe work itself was varied and fun. Business operating on the shoulders of giants who helped create their market dominance, but minimal effort to maintain that level of work/care.
    The challengesManagement made up of people promoted to the point of incompetence, people with long tenures at CTS but no technical skill. These unskilled decisionmakers are reluctant and hostile when presented with how things actually work. Agreements made between a non-technical client and a non-technical management structure lead to impossible demands that demonstrate a fundamental lack of understanding into how systems work.

    Cubic is a fantastic company to work for with a vibrant and friendly environment, providing opportunities for growth and career development.
    The good thingsTeam Leaders, management and training team are all pleasant, friendly and eager to assist where possible.
    The challengesInitially was difficult keeping up with sometimes, a high volume of calls. However, this was not difficult to overcome with sufficient training and coaching provided by management.

    It was an experience. Many lessons learned. Not very memorable, unfortunately. I worked for 13 years. Three times management changed and when management decided to redundant the job not even a $1.00 Thank you card was afforded to the employee.

    Worked for Cubic for 10 years and have been worked in 5 different roles, they have always given me opportunities to progress, from entry level to projects to management.
    The good thingsDevelopment opportunities are great, there are internal advancement opportunities advertised consistently and it is promoted by Management, 6 people from my department have been promoted to other areas 2023

    The challengesRotating roster is horrible, go from working 1pm-11pm have a day off then have to come in at 4:30am... Most the staff are incapable of doing the job. Management is a joke, they will snake you if it means they get their way The staff are unmotivated and unhappy and I don't blame them Money is terrible for what they expect Last minute changes and processes No communication No room for career growth Re-occurring issues that just go ignored
