    The good thingsFelix working conditions (subject to approval from your manager)
    The challengesIt's a small company that aims to become a Big company without putting in resources. Often you are left with no support from management and need to fence yourself. Don't inspire any loyalty. Too much talk from the company but no willingness to actually do something.
