Any new employees I urge you to read ALL reviews before accepting a role at this company.
The good thingsGood office location and hybrid working available
The challengesToxic environment. Senior management need to focus on training staff members sufficiently and not just focus on KPIs. So many staff members have left the company during last 2 years. Too many systems to work with.

A toxic environment, if you're not among the chosen ones, you walk on egg shells.
The good thingsI enjoyed interacting with the clients, from diverse backgrounds. Very friendly people.
The challengesWhile "on training" any errors make is recorded and reported to management at the end, it counts against you! Verbal abusers are rewarded and are getting away with bad behaviours. Management needs to wake up and stop focusing on KPI only.

Worst job I have had. The manager was horrible and made me hate my job so much.
The good thingsMy team of 6 were great because we were a tight-knit group who worked well together.
The challengesThe manager was horrendous. She was nasty and targeted certain individuals, me included, which resulted in a HR investigation. She made me hate my job.

Steer clear of site based roles in Melbourne's inner west.
The good thingsEasy work, made a few good freinds.
The challengesBoring, repetitive, poor culture. Cushman have grown to fast in Australia and promoted unskilled and untrained people to positions they shouldn't hold, this is highlighted by high staff turnover and Bad workplace culture.

    Jul 2022
1 to 2 years in the role
In 18 months, I have learned so much more than I could imagine and made amazing friends.
The good thingsThe Team, met a great group of people who I am close friends with now. The hardest part of leaving the job was leaving the team.
The challengesThe Client, the contract that C&W signed with the client was designed for us to fail and then the client acting surprised we failed to meet KPIs... Role was advised as a, "Senior Facilities Coordinator", real title was "Service Delivery Manager" and doing the work of an FM while getting paid entry level FC salary...

    Disappointed - Expected more.
The good thingsWorked with some lovely people. Remote working.
The challengesVery high attrition rates lead to a lack of key staff in important roles. As soon as someone joins they usually leave shortly after meaning you end up doing the job of several people. Systems are poor and lots of manual effort required. American outpost means no autonomy locally. Impossible to achieve anything in a reasonable amount if time.

Started out as a great company to work for but would no longer recommend mainly due to management.
The good thingsFlexible hours, lenient use on company vehicle.
The challengesTrade services department has gone on a downward spiral. Absolutely terrible management and managers, huge downsizing of business and loss of key contracts, expected to do jobs well outside of work scope.
