    Very hard working conditions the equipment is outdated and some of it is not fit for use .
    The good thingsGetting to go home with the opportunity of never going back
    The challengesOnly one half hour meal break in 8 hrs, runs factory with a skeleton staff so expect to be worked very hard, rudderless no communication , rules for some and not for others .

    Very disappointed in the way a good company has been changed to a very average company
