The challengesThe working conditions within Cyient are bit challenging among the huge amount of competitive employees. Most hardest thing to achieve with in Cyient is getting "On shore offer" to work in developed countries such as USA, Australia, UK, Germany etc based on requirement. As of my personal Skills & hard work i was transferred to Australia in 2012 and since never left the Australia by keeping up with new environment.
