    Stay Away - Avoid This Company!
    The good thingsThe office and kitchen looks cleans but BYO cup, plates, cutlery, tea & coffee.
    The challengesThis place is seriously toxic. I've seen so many people come and go cos management is awful. The pay's okay at first, but the workload is insane, and there's zero support. It's all blame and fear, nobody dares speak up, and they just pay people off instead of fixing anything. Seriously, run away.

    Friendly upper management but are weak, constant staff turnover trade centers. Absolutely no career progression as positions are taken.

    The challengesTrade supervisor Thomastown extremely toxic and micro management with little to no breaks. No progression, constant staff turnover for +4 years.

    If your not sales, you do not matter.
    The good thingsNot much, maybe the yearly bonus.
    The challengesLittle to no inhouse training, or unit information. Teams with no accountability. Toxic management all the way through from the bottom to the top. Dont abide by the employment contract you sign. Dealing with other departments, no one wants to help.

    The good thingsOffice environment is good, colleagues are very friendly, no extra overtime is requested by company, good brand
    The challengesManagement does not provide equal opportunity to everyone. Preference is given to certain group of people based on background which is not fare. Salary is low compared to market.

    Great stepping stone but career advancement would be elsewhere.
    The good thingsGreat working atmosphere like a family at times with some really great people working here. Australian made now which is good for its brand. They promote service recognition and long standing employees.
    The challengesCommunication not the best from top down this needs to improve. Different sections have different cultures which I think needs to be improved. Staff need to be more accountable for their roles across the board this is not always the case which changes the motivation for staff that are.
