Put in a lot of effort for no return appreciation
The good thingsLots of experience and exposure to different dentists and specialists.
The challengesJust another number, broken equipment, hiring others who dont fulfill work requirements so having to do extra, no incentives.

    Cons outweigh the Pros significantly.
The good thingsThe team was great. HR was fantastic with issues.
The challengesLow pay for long hours. Dentists are priority over all staff. Constant broken equipment. Lack of communication with higher ups. No incentives unless KPI's are met which is difficult to do. No staff appreciation from Head Office.

The challengesManagement/Head office is not supportive at all and they are very poor in communication. A lot of moving around between practices even when it is inconvenient.

Its a good start for anyone looking to be in dentistry but should not be your final destination.
The good thingsgood team environment, well located practices with access to public transport and amenities, flexible work conditions
The challengesLack of opportunity for professional development, employees are not encouraged to pursue their areas of interest (professionally for roles within the company) and yearly reviews are not helpful because they do not address the key areas effectively.
