    Almost 15 years with company and sad to see how massive culture has been changed.
    The good thingsGood culture in the past until 2018. Then not the same anymore.
    The challengesLeadership team is too proud and not 'people' persons. Only focus on Cost and 'tons' of people are leaving the company and they still don't care.

    The challengesIt used to be a great company with great people. Many people have left now and the Management Team has changed. There is no loyalty or corporate culture there now.
