This place is hell for employees. Lack of support and development.
The good thingsDiverse cultural backgrounds developed during the years
The challengesHours are excessively long, no support from management to develop employees, and toxic culture. Taking leave is as good as not taking, still need to work during taking annual leave. People are easily replaceable. Employee benefits is lacking.

You aren't special, no one is irreplaceable
The good thingsWork life balance has improved for some areas but not others, salary usually starts good
The challengesOpportunities for internal career growth rarely eventuate, excessive workloads and taking time off has negative implications despite what management claim, inexperienced management and procedures, salary growth over the years does not keep up with experience

Always be the reliable partner to achieve targets.
The good thingsThe company has open-minded culture, CEO holds staff town hall every quarter. All the staff can raise the questions that they concerned no matter related to business strategy or personal benifit in the townhall. The management team will reply nicely. It lets you feel the company is caring about you.
The challengesThe company provides a upward career path to each staff, thus every colleague needs to pay additional efforts to improve their skills and concepts to adapt to the changes and growth of the company.

    Great people - crazy culture
The good thingsThe people - everyone is welcoming and accepting. Flexible work practices. Social events
The challengesWork/life balance - there is none... Not somewhere to go if you want low bureaucracy or if you aren't comfortable stepping outside your role scope. The roles are very very broad and operational in nature, no matter your level.
