    great ambience and team culture until you want any career upskilling or transparency
    The good thingsthe people are absolute legends and they really work with everyone as opposed to competing against each other
    The challengesno transparency, really have to claw for information, updates, news and they preach open honest communication to management but don't follow through

    The challengesNo work/life balance (everyone is working for 10-12 hours every day). Management only cares about profit, if you'll need support there's a good chance that you won't get it.
