    Drilling is simple, Life is hard
    The good thingsTechnically advanced drilling work and exposure to complex operations.
    The challengesThe FIFO nature with long shifts can put stress on personal life.

    They lie about training towards driller but end up being training for driller offsider. DDH1 in WA is better but the Queensland is horrible.

    The challengesManagement don't listen to worker, unsafe work practices, no proper induction on site, underpayment, lying about training towards becoming driller when they just need driller offsiders.

    I really enjoyed my time here!
    The good thingsOperations and senior management are very knowledgeable and hands on. The office was a great place to work at the time.
    The challengesWorks hours a bit inflexible, there was no part time option when I worked there, this may have changed now though!
