    The challengesYou can't work freely in a toxic environment, the MANAGEMENT treats you like hell. Do not work here for your own good.

    A company that could have great potential if only they were willing to pay a little extra for it.
    The good thingsThe company has potential as the products themselves are genuine, durable and future-oriented. The developers are definitely good at what they do considering the challenges they face. The company culture can be enjoyable at times. Nice office and good location.
    The challengesVery low paying wages for most staff except for the sales team. Hiring managers do not advertise for quality candidates and spend very long periods just trying to 'fill seats' with inexperienced workers who end up leaving due to stress that isn't worth the low wages. Training and upskilling is severely lacking. Promotions within are avoided or unreasonably delayed.

    Don't bother. Disingenuous in interview process, no leadership and product is outdated with no investment to improve it
    The good thingsSalary is ok, but no opportunity for career progression
    The challengesNo leadership or direction. Product outdated. Competitors have leapfrogged technology. Staff turnover is incredible

    A great photography learning experience.
    The good thingsDealer Solutions are a great company to work for because they are like family, very friendly and caring towards their team. They are willing to help employees who are going through difficult situations in their lives and make sure they are on track to work and have a good life balance. Working for this companu is also a great opportunity to learn more about automotive photography.
    The challengesThe vehcile allowance could be little higher for those living in rural areas with the longer distance to travel. Back up vehicles would be a good idea for employees that are having car troubles but need the car for work and travel to home.

    The good thingsGood working environment & flexible working hours. Rich company culture. Purposeful management which doesn't leave anything to chance and provides a real sense of security - most certainly not a leaf on the breeze.
    The challengesPolicies designed to direct professional development and innovation seemed to be more about the policies and less about professional development and innovation.
