    Great working environment
    The good thingsOpportunity to grow in the business, given tools to succeed in my role, i personally think that i have voice in my work place and that i can express myself with my boss travel interstate and overseas
    The challengesTo keep up with Perth airport schedule and last minute communications Being a counselor- sometimes i found myself fixing staff personal life issue on top on my own work, otherwise i love my job
