    Greatest starting job anyone could ask for.

    Delta Force Paintball is a company that is amazing and looks out for all staff, also rain hail or shine work was on and it is exciting!!!
    The good thingsmanagement, work environment, staff, pay was good (not extremely high but definitely not low) being active and out in the sun

    Hard, but rewarding.
    The good thingsGreat diverse team with understanding boss. Casual weekend works makes you free throughout the week.
    The challenges6am start with a 8-9pm finish. Mostly standing. Physically demanding. Handling large groups of customers.

    The good thingsSome good co-workers, get to stay fit whilst working. Everyone so often good customers come along and make your day too.
    The challengesLiterally everything else, terrible management, terrible working conditions. Awful equipment, high ups don't care at all about you, etc. No penalty rates either.

    If you're acrive and love working in the outdoors then this is the job for you.
    The good thingsBest job I've ever had. If you are confident, hard working and love the outdoors then I would highly recommend the company. The work environment is awesome! Opportunities everywhere and the possibility of working in different parts of the world.
    The challengesYou will most likely be working long hours, generally around 10 hours at a time but none of it is boring!
