    Hell, if you value your mental health stay away.
    The good thingsThe new guys as they hadn't been corrupted.
    The challengesAs an outsider put into a role of responsivity got many noses out of joint and a very toxic and political workplace. Other foreman's who felt threatened by a more practical and safer ways of doing things.

    Unless you know someone here, you are nothing regardless of experience or qualifications.

    The challengesZero integrated capabilities. Lots of work gets subbied out. Asbestos removal, lead removal etc. Some problems with some management. Not a diverse company.
