If your an efficient experienced tradesperson, do not work for Delta FM. You will learn some bad habits
The good thingsVery Safety focused and some really good people to work with
The challengesYou were just a number, if you didn't like the conditions you were told to \"just leave then\". Very limited working budget, if any equipment was asked for to help with safety or efficiency, it fell on deaf ears.

Unfortunately you are just a number and there is little loyalty to the staff who put in 110%+
The good thingsSome great people in the teams with a few working really hard but others not working to there ability.
The challengesGetting the teams within the business to work together and take responsibility for there load within contracts. Management load up the workers and leave the others to cruise.

    Facilities Maintenance (FM) Trade Technician
    Sep 2015
Overall, Delta FM is an average company to work for but there is room for future improvement if the parent company has vision.
The good thingsGood workmates who know there trade. This makes for a good team atmosphere as we are all experienced and know whats expected from us in fulfilling DELTA FMs goals. Good accomodation and wonderful meals.
The challengesA better understanding from DELTA FM management of best work practises. A 'Crack The Whip' attitude maybe good for short term gain but can be damaging for a company with a long term vision. High worker turnover can send a dangerous message.
