The good thingsThere wasn't much to good, apart from my supervisor who tried his best to support the team when he knew the culture at detector inspector was terrible
The challengesPretty much the whole job A to Z, very monotonous, felt like a zombie not looking forward to get into work the next day, pay was below average, they never delivered on bonuses and KPIs. My best day at the job was the day I left.

The best workplace I worked for in my 20 years career
The good thingsThe diversity of people is amazing (age, gender, ethnicity etc) and we have a lot of activities around acceptance and inclusion. LOVE THIS MUTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT! The office provides an excellent working environment with employees from a diverse professional background. People are very nice and always try to help to create a better experience for the customers. Management has an open door for discussions and is very respectful to all and across the board.
The challengesIt's a very demanding industry. The challenge of being number one in the industry. The challenge of keep hiring good workforce.
