    Would not recommend to anybody, you can definitely, DEFINITELY have better options than this.
    The good thingsStaff discount is pretty good.
    The challengesConstant pressure and micro-management received from the management were horrible, let alone the working environment is pretty toxic because you tend to get treated differently when you are a newcomer.

    A luxurious work environment where management & staff work in harmony.
    The good thingsGreat working environment, it is positive and fun. Offers work-life balance. Trading hours are reasonable and no late night shifts like other retail stores. Management works hard to make employees happy. Amazing career opportunities and experience. Not alot of pressure from management.
    The challengesIt is in a tourist area so food is a little expensive to buy for lunch.

    The challengesExtremely toxic environment. The managers do not care about the wellbeing of staff, there is a high turnover rate, and there is unhealthy competition amongst the staff. People are also very selfish and are not willing to help your train you. There are plenty of other good places in Sydney if you want to work in retail sales. Do not come to this toxic company and work environment.
