Don’t buy what they say in their adverts or interviewsThe good thingsI came in for an interview and the Project coordinator said ‘We are like family here, and we fight like family!’ This should have been the reg flag but I ignored it! I came on board and never experienced such a toxic work environment! When I spoke up, I was told ‘if you don’t like it, then leave!’

The challengesThis company and certain people at this place need to take a good look at themselves and how they treat their staff. Perth is a small place and word of mouth spreads quickly. Sadly you will only build yourself a poor reputation.
