Fantastic working conditions, staff, projects and range of options to suit needs. Its why I've stayed over a year and will for as long as they need my services. Also the HR team has been fantastic with pays and assisting my banks with obtaining my loans for my portfolios. The company supported me when I was experiencing personal issues. Not that I take holidays but I've never seen a company that supports its staff when ever they request time off... I think half the staff could be part time but supposed to be fulltime 🤣🤣🤣🤙🤙🤙 5 Star cant ask for any better really 🤙🤙
The good thingsColleagues, leaders, management, HR and working conditions
The challengesNah all good in my exp.

I was enjoying working here at first, met some good people but they have lack of care from upper management and a high turn over with no interview process which has lead to the place being filled with unpleasant people. Low rates and not paying super on all hours. I'd find somewhere else if I had that choice. If you are green it's a good place to learn.
The good thingsMet some good people along the way
The challengesUpper management, pay rates, no super on all hours, quality of people being hired

Striving for success - questionable mission and values
The good thingsThey have this hierarchy mentality where egos and sense of authority runs this place.
The challengesIt’s very sad to see a company I used to love working for turn out this way. The company’s values and mission do not exist and are only words on a piece of paper. Inappropriate and toxic behaviours are ignored which unfortunately leads to bad culture and poor management.

once you fit in with the crew and prove that you know what your doing they are good for upskilling and getting new skills and tickets, some realy good supervisors been with the company 10 years
The good thingsWorking with a good crew, they will pay for your tickets and train you once you have been there a while, steady work and good opportunity to work with big clients
The challengescan get busy when starting new projects and moving around

Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere
The good thingsThere’s some good people who work here, but it’s a very small percentage.
The challengesPoor management, especially from the top end and inexperienced staff who are put in positions they shouldn’t be. Bad culture, lots of false promises.

Every break I came home I felt a little less knowledgeable in my field
The good thingsHandful or 2 of workers. Had laughs, did the job, brought and shared their experience from previous jobs. The assistance the actual clients representatives offered the workers
The challengesPoor management. Terrible behaviour from highest management there and team leaders. Unprofessional conduct with workers outside of work introducing a purple circle mentality in workplace. Lack of experience and knowledge in field has led to massive friction and scrutiny if anyone dares assists or suggests solutions from previous knowledge. Pretty much they pay and well under pay people on a individually assessed biased basis and let cowboys supervise & bring back the bad culture we've taken so long to shake off. Do your job, rather then do over others to get ahead needs to be brought back

Worst place I have ever worked
The good thingsI don’t know about on the different sites but apart from some good people there is little good about Perth office.
The challengesAt least seven people left because of one person. That person is still there with no consequences. Management enable her to continue behaving in a totally unacceptable manner.

Don’t buy what they say in their adverts or interviews
The good thingsI came in for an interview and the Project coordinator said ‘We are like family here, and we fight like family!’ This should have been the reg flag but I ignored it! I came on board and never experienced such a toxic work environment! When I spoke up, I was told ‘if you don’t like it, then leave!’ I have nothing nice to say about this place
The challengesThis company and certain people at this place need to take a good look at themselves and how they treat their staff. Perth is a small place and word of mouth spreads quickly. Sadly you will only build yourself a poor reputation.

Company is run by a bunch of cowboys
The good thingsThis used to be a great company to work for, unfortunately this is a prime example of what happens when you hire the wrong people to run the place. There is still a few nice staff working here but the management and leadership team ruins it for everyone.
The challengesToxic office and management behaviours.

The good thingsGreat crews to work with. Great jobs provided you know are prepared to be adaptable and willing to give your best at everything.
The challengesJob security, as a small company sometime you are at the whim of the big mining companies so diversity is the key to succeeding in this company.

Great guys to work with but work has taken a downturn
The good thingsas the name suggests, a diverse workforce and diverse tasks, plenty of variety.
