    The good thingsRespect comes from the top and filters and ripples through to every individual. It was an absolute pleasure going into work every day, wanting to be beside hard working enthusiastic colleagues who value your input and opinions, and queries.
    The challengesThe challenges I experienced were mostly external of our office and team. Customer service can be testing.

    The good thingsTo find a workplace where everyone is happy most of the time is unique in this day and age. Dixon Kestles is a positive work environment that highlights achievement, supports development and has a very strong level of communication. All departments are encouraged to work with each other to achieve a maximum level of service standard and everyone is comfortable to be part of the overall team. I always feel welcome and enjoy my time working for the company.

    The good thingsI have been with Dixon Kestles now for 5 months after being at my last post for 7 years. It was a mammoth decision to leave my last post as I was very happy and contributed to many changes over the years. The decision was to purely challenge myself and enter a different sector of the Real Estate industry from Residential to Commercial. I am happy to share that I have made the right decision and I couldn't be happier. The opportunities that Dixon Kesltes has bestowed me in the last 5 months has been incredible and I am enjoying my role and challenges immensely. The culture, Management, Directors and staff are incredible and very supportive towards improving ones skills. The service, quality and integrity of Dixon Kestles is of a high standard and amongst a select few in this industry and I am very happy to be apart of this incredible team.

    Fantastic people, highly recommend to anyone in the real estate space.
    The good thingsOpen door policy, great interaction between the different departments and management. Amazing work environment with plenty of opportunity to grow as a professional. Staff members are always willing to help and assist each other. Their internal rewards and recognition program is amazing. They also have a pretty active social club that helps with fun atmosphere. Highly Recommend !!!

    I learned so much about the property sector
    The good thingsSupport from Management was always a priority. This went beyond the office environment, and into personal life. The company is very human and approachable. Working at DK's was lovely and although excellent customer focus, they also have a really great team of people who all become your friends.
    The challengesDeciding to leave the company was a big challenge. I missed them, but I had some personal life choices to make which DK's supported me in.

    The good thingsThe people are genuine and down too earth, very refreshing in the Real Estate Industry. A lot of long term staff, Resi Departmemt Head was there for 28 years!
