Great for a temporary job, terrible long term.The good thingsIt is flexible - good for a university student or mum working during school hours. The small staff numbers makes for a close nit group.
The challengesThe management are very contradictory with what they want. The overall funds for the store is terrible, especially with the store being so large. The lack of people also means extra pressure and work on the employees, who have to try and cover a work load that should be divided up to more people. The lack of money to employ more staff means that we are always behind on either stock, ticketing or pricing, and there is never enough people or time to cover it all. There have also been a lot of issues with salary not being paid correctly.
