I've never experienced such a level of dedication from any other company, where they prioritize your understanding of your role and actively assist you in fulfilling it. They offer abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization, and the management is genuinely committed to helping you reach your career aspirations.
    The challengesAs with any new job, there is an initial learning curve, but with the support of your colleagues, you'll swiftly adapt. This role presents an enjoyable challenge, offering a diverse range of tasks that will keep you eagerly returning to the office, excited to tackle the next challenge.

    The good thingsDPM is a great place to work. The company has a big focus on wellbeing and work life balance, and they genuinely care about me as a person and as an employee. It has a positive culture, driven by great people at all levels.
    The challengesIt can get busy at times like any job, but the leadership and support really does make you want to go above and beyond to deliver.

    It's one of the best places I've worked at
    The good thingsAmazing company to work for, everyone is friendly and excellent at what they do. Management and HR are professional, empathetic and just great people. They have a great hybrid model and a beautiful office. They care about you, your opinion and your career development. Great social events and culture. I wish I worked there earlier!

    My experience with DPM so far has exceeded my expectations. This is definitely a company that I would recommend for someone to look for employment, or look at becoming a client with.
    The good thingsThe recruitment process was very easy and simple which made it less stressful for myself as I was based in a different country at the time of the first interview. The communication throughout the recruitment was very open and I always felt like I knew when to hear from them or what the next steps where during the whole process.
    The challengesI am really enjoying the role that I am in. So far the onboarding has been enjoyable, exciting and I feel very welcomed. I can't say there has been anything difficult or challenging and this is due to the amazing people that have helped out with my onboarding process.

    I feel very valued in my role, and that professionally I am in a great environment where I can work well, grow, and have a decent work/life balance.
    The good thingsManagement are great at looking after our personal and professional well-being and development. Great at mentoring and guiding me through the new role. New office space is lovely to work in. All the staff across all departments are super friendly and welcoming. Flexible working hour adjustments if needed + hybrid working. I feel very valued by my manager as well as the higher up general leadership team.
    The challengesAside from the normal challenges of starting a new role, I don't feel like there are any reasonable pain-points for me that I would make any note of.

    Mininum wage, no perks
    The good thingsI said I am good at leading by example. I guess I'm also good at writing my own job description. No one else has.
    The challengesNo support or training from Management. The newest colleague is the trainer but no one trained them. Everyone just complains about management and having to go into the office. Bad culture from the top down.

    Overall, DPM is an awesome place to work and I feel part of an extended family. I would highly recommend working there!
    The good thingsI am very glad to have joined the DPM family. Everyone has been very welcoming and very helpful in getting started in my new position. It is very clear that there are great efforts to ensure everyone feels their voices heard and maintain a balanced life. Creative thinking and self-improvement is always encouraged.

    The good thingsDPM have really moved with the times and offer all of its people a hybrid work environment. There is a real understanding of what people are looking for in a role and business on the other side of COVID
    The challengesIt can get really busy at times - but I like the challenge! you just need to put your hand up when you need it, management is really supportive when you do.

    DPM provided great work-life balance and offered amazing support throughout the whole process.
    The good thingsDPM has a lot to offer. Offers great work-life balance, with flexible working hours and ability to take off time and make up time out of hours if need be. Great onboarding systems and training with amazing support for team members and management. Great systems and procedures in place to make learning the job easy.

    DPM have been supportive of both my career and personal growth.
    The good thingsI've been with the company for nearly 10 years and hope to be here for another 10. They honour loyalty and dedication, and I've had many opportunities to move roles and grow my skills (including PD courses). Management have been great mentors for me and I've built some great friendships along the way. The business is always trying to find new ways to bring teams together, through social or wellbeing events and these have always been great fun. The birthday gift each year is always lovely to receive too.
    The challengesDue to the nature of the industry, there are peak times that can be extremely busy. Although challenging, it is rewarding to see the outcomes.

    The good thingsDon’t let the ‘free leave’ and ‘celebration days’ fool you, it doesn’t make up for every other day being absolutely miserable thanks to the toxic culture.
    The challengesIf you have any ambition, stay away from this place. They pigeon-hole you in a role and give you no scope to develop new skills. They do not value their employees and will work you to the bone with extra (uncompensated) hours as standard.

    The good thingsThe people are welcoming and supportive. Management encourages you to learn new skills and they provide opportunities for career growth. The great culture includes things like celebration days, mindfulness events & trivia nights. There is no hierarchy, even though its a big company.
