Had some great colleagues and learnt a lot, but they simply don’t pay enough to attract and keep the right people.
The good thingsNew and exciting products being launched all the time. Exposure to many different industries.
The challengesSuch a large portfolio, it’s difficult to be across all of it! Remuneration is well below market rates and resources spread thin.

So many opportunities with so many solutions.
The good thingsThe diverse topics covered with customers and the breadth of solutions to offer them. A good number of quality people who have tremendous knowledge on a range of applications.
The challengesSome work groups can operate in silos. The basics can be overlooked.

Draeger is a fundamentally good and non toxic organisation therefore what you make of that sits with the employee, attitude and effort = results.
The good thingsEarly doors however experience so far; Exceptional brand and products. People and Culture are a key focus and it shows. Like any role it is what you make it, effort in = results. Great small business feel with the processes and backing of a global organisation.
The challengesNone so far, other than delays in field experience due to COVID restrictions

Amazing company and products, terrible management.
The good thingsPeople within the company genuinely want to do the best work possible and have a good time being productive as well as helping each other.
The challengesManagement has a clear lack of care for employees wellbeing, they're inflexible and slow to react. A toxic environment of "management said this so do it" without anyone questioning it, caring or having any morals exists.

A great company with huge potential if only they recognised and acknowledged their high performing staff. They have lost a lot of good people over the years.
The good thingsGlobal company, diverse product and service mix, variety within the role, fast paced.
The challengesToxic culture, poor remuneration, under resourced.

The good thingsIt’s great to represent such high quality products, especially in a high acuity environment which is where most Draeger products fit.
The challengesIt’s a big job but there are plenty of resources and great local support.

An inclusive and high performing sales team.
The good thingsThe Draeger brand and products are amazing, making door opening very easy. Family orientated company who are flexible with work arrangements.
The challengesAs Draeger is a large organisation with manufacturing in Germany (and other countries), processes and delivery of some items can be slow on occasion.

    Love the family style culture.
The good thingsLeadership is willing to grow even in an imperfect system. Listens to the team to make growth decisions. In sales, there's quite a level of professional growth in the territories.
The challengesAs a German family owned company, products are of high quality, but also slows down processes.

Draeger has completely lost focus of the people that made the company what it is.
The good thingsVery well structured company with many processes and procedures in place which unfortunately bog you down most times.
The challengesCoping with the electronic process and the biggest draw back is dealing with a Management team that leaves a lot to be desired.

Managment is based on mate's clubs, alot of tall poppies. You will learn that quick.
The good thingsHonestly not much positives except for knock off time.
The challengesManagement is bad, don't know much about what's going on because they only talk to each other, giving high 5's thinking they're doing a wonderful job. Don't engage the lower employee, but its the workers that have the true knowledge base with the customers and day to day work. A lot of micro management that just slows you down. You have to break down your hours and minutes daily on time sheets to prove you are efficient. Company has very high turnover of staff. HR never supports the worker because they're are always sitting in Managements back pocket. Workers don't bother with HR is they have a problem.
