Good workplace generally, upper management too hard on their people.
The good thingsMiddle management was excellent, knowledgeable, empathetic.
The challengesBusiness moving offshore, integration to the DuPont business Upper management draconian, middle management acted as a shield to his team. Perks underwhelming. Opportunities overseas, not in Australia.

DuPont is a continually changing, evolving company which holds profits as a sign of success.
The good thingsSafety is a priority. DuPont successfully built its business by putting the wellbeing of employees first. This s still the case although not as obvious as a decade ago.
The challengesWith a shrinking manufacturing market in Australia, there is a real challenge to find new markets. As many managers are based in Asia rather than Australia, it can be difficult to translate what is happening at the coal face to what they see on their spread sheets.
