    The good thingscareer development and training. Clear career progression. Interesting work. WFH benefits. Great travel policies. High Salay and bonus. Well-structured management. Clear job expectations.
    The challengesComplex work focusing on mechanical, maintenance, reliability, electrical, control systems, etc. however plenty of support and resources available.
