Avoid - others dealerships respect their staff more and look after them
The good thingsThe people and that lunches and snacks
The challengesNot enough pay and cutting down staff and expecting you to do more than one job

A waste of time, but worth knowing it was a waste of time.
The good thingsA couple of good colleagues.
The challengesI've had numerous blue collar jobs, laboring, warehousing, machining etc. The automotive industry seems to be full with A LOT of really socially inept people... Which is a shame, but I'm kind of not surprised.

Lowest Paying Automotive Group in AUS! Not worth the stress and extremely heavy workload.
The good thingsGreat people to work with, free BBQ's and staff lunches.
The challenges- Learning/Training needs to be updated as different people will teach you a completely different process to another, learning needs to suit employees learning style. - HR/DP/FC needs improving/training when dealing with serious workplace incidents. (Felt like I was never taken seriously - as a woman in a male dominated field) - Job role will change, you will not be paid more, and you are expected to learn new processes. - Only one accountant (FC) available for a few hours a day - You will be on your own with no full-time accountants. - No pay rises after a year of employment and no sit-down discussions regarding employment. - Feels very unfulfilling. - Forgotten and not appreciated. - Stressful and fast paced job role

Terrible company stay awayOnly good thing about eagers are some of the people you meet along the way. The pay that they advertise as competitive is a joke and when asking for a raise you're hit with this is the best you'll get. Upper management is useless. Terrible company steer clear at all costs

Eagers is a necessary evil but look elsewhere for a better offer.
The good thingsThe team that I have built around me make my job enjoyable, the staff are what make work great to come to every day.
The challengesVery little to no support from corporate, no direction from senior management, corporate staff are very detached from what happens at dealership level, staff are easy to replace apparently but we cannot hire staff due to low wages being offered.

The company only cares about making money for the people at the top, doesn't care about the bottom feeders.
The good thingsthe place had a coffee machine which is great but the milk was off
The challengesenjoying life whilst working 1000 hours per week
