    Great team and opportunities
The good thingsI love working within a collaborative team of speech pathologist and occupational therapist. Everyone is friendly so this makes work so much more enjoyable. I see a wide range of paediatric clients which has helped my clinical skills grow significantly. There is lots of opportunities for professional development and to grow into leadership positions.
The challengesImplementing changes to admin tasks can be challenging at times however our team has been good at collaborative problem solving and at finding ways to continue to work efficiently

Lots of opportunities and a clear client focus!
The good thingsThe team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely committed to making a difference in the lives of clients and their families. Being a national company means the depth of knowledge is a lot wider, and you can collaborate with clinicians with a range of experience. There are a lot of opportunities to develop your career and to experience flexible models of service delivery.
The challengesProcesses can take time to navigate. However, the support from the local and wider team, and clear communication helps make this manageable.

I love coming to work everyday.
The good thingsSupportive working environment Fun positive workplace Great team Flexibility available when needed
The challengesThe salary is probably the biggest sticking point. It's fantastic if you are after a rewarding role, not so much if you are after a big paycheck.

Gaining profit is the main goal rather than being a people-centred company.
The good thingsThere is a PD budget but this is alotted on the approved PD.
The challengesThere is a high KPI and a lot of meetings during admin time. This affects work-life balance of employee and quality of care to clients.
