    Nice community mental health team in Midland.
    The good thingsI started here on a 3 month contract and ended up staying with them for a year. Lovely team, and very supportive management
    The challengesAs an educator, often the target audience isn't really that interested in being in the classroom as the training is mandatory. Most of them say they enjoyed it by the end of the day.
