    This company is one to watch. Not a small company anymore. Exciting times.
    The good thingsThe people and conditions are great. Loads of extra's. There events are something to experience. It is a very dynamic workplace, always bringing in new products and machines.
    The challengesRapid growth means rapid change.

    Easy Signs will always be a very memorable workplace for me! Despite limited creativity, I would still recommend this job for graphic designers who are just starting out and want something stable! It's honestly not a hard job and you'll be working with such a friendly and lovely team.
    The good things- amazing team, met the best people here!! - a lot of team bonding events - free snacks and monthly lunches - good experience in print media and liaising with customers - non-peak times are super chill - very flexible with leave and holidays - don't need to take work home!
    The challenges- customers can be difficult to deal with - if you are looking for something creative, this is not the job for you - very big on productivity and monitoring errors - peak times can get very busy. overtime expected but it is paid! - limited career progression - no work from home

    I knew about the negative reviews but I still wanted to give this place a chance considering the location. I don't really regret my choice but It would have been handy to know that any mistakes will more than likely get you fired within a week.
    The good thingsFriendly and very helpful co-workers along with a nice break room with snacks and drinks stocked.
    The challengesThey except you to move as quickly as you can through the work and to be 10 minutes early before your shift starts.

    No.career progression and opportunities are few and a employee perks program which involves a tiny bit of food occasionally.. Many better opportunities and jobs around than this place

    The challengesManagement of which there's many have zero clue about efficiency ,productivity, accountability and honesty.. Also expect high quality results from run-down dangerous machines with no safety precautions to protect workers

    A great place to grow and expand your skills
    The good thingsThe team culture is young and vibrant, everyone gets along really well! The turnover rate is also low, we haven't had anyone leave our team in 2 years unless it was to excel into a different role within the company. The tasks per day also vary however you never have to take work home.
    The challengesThe company has grown at great speed since I first started which means a ton of changes in processes throughout my time here. There's also been moments of high volumes of work and overtime however it wouldn't have been possible to overcome without our great team morale.

    The challengesSince Easy Sign is a eCommerce company there were a lot opportunities learn new things.

    Great Place to Work!
    The good thingsEasy Signs has a great team environment where everyone puts in an equal amount of effort to get things done and all of the staff are quite friendly people. The company is always looking to develop so it is quite exciting to be a part of the process - you rarely get bored. A stocked fridge full of snacks, monthly lunches provided for the whole company and other rewards are great perks to look forward to.
    The challengesIt can get quite busy at times, but others are happy to help if needed.

    The good thingsEasy Signs is a great place to work, all of the employees are very nice, really good work environment, management is amazing and perks are good
    The challengesHaven't found any challenges yet with this job, Cannot complain about anything, if their is an issue people all work together to fix it.

    Genuinely really values and supports its employees!
    The good thingsThe company genuinely really values and supports its employees, this is shown in many aspects from having a kitchen stocked with snacks to informative training to make sure we’re up to date and knowledgeable with all products and services. The management team really show all employees respect, trust, honesty, and support. The overall work culture is kind, vibrant and professional and is a space where I’m excited to come to every day.

    Please do not work in the floor if can work in office will be better.

    The challengesPut the weight as long as management can. And fire people every now and then, only people work longer here who can put the load on other people shoulder.

    The good thingsGreat place to work. Stocked fridge along with monthly lunches and bi-annual parties keep you refreshed. Management award hard work and constantly push for internal progression. Great place to work
