    Not worth working for this company where one gives their all.
    The good thingsAmazing group of co-workers mostly and the school holidays.
    The challengesManagement has no understanding of how to deal with its employees and what is going on the floor, they do not converse with employees properly and no support for prt's.

    Felt undervalued and not appreciated. The company has no direction and has no structure. Nothing gets accomplished.
    The good thingsGood work life balance. Head office location close to shops and cafes.
    The challengesManagement only cares about themselves and they don’t value employees and try to solve problems. Massive staff turnover.

    Encouraging and diverse kindergarten, that inspired creativity, expression and resourcefulness.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with children and seeing their development and growth. It was fulfilling to be a part of their crucial learning stage and celebrate their many achievements. The kindergarten teachers are a joy to work with; with their caring nature and gentle touch, you learn the virtue of patience and gentleness.
    The challengesThere was one child who didn't comply with the rules and we had to find ways to direct him to the right path.

    The only Children's Services that I have worked in where they provide adult-size chairs for educators in every room. I enjoy working in this company and I always recommend colleagues to apply in this company.
    The good thingsLots of work opportunities across LDC and Kindergartens in different areas of VIC. Professional development learnings are highly provided as well as free flu vaccines, yearly funded First Aid training, health and safety of the children, educators, and staff are highly regarded.
    The challengesThere are some work ethic issues with some work colleagues which is quite common in a high-female work environment. Otherwise, most people that I work with are quite professional.
