    Began with high expectations of bringing my expertise to the company. After a short time it was apparent that there was a lack of understanding on how to run a manufacturing organization on the scale that they wished to be operating on.
    The good thingsThere is a great kinship between the people that work at the company. The employees try very hard to pull together to make Elexon work. There is a very warm and friendly atmosphere.
    The challengesManagement constantly changes roles for employees, expecting instant success without training or management understanding the job role themselves. Very dysfunctional management structure. Lack of in-house staff training.
