Good people, conditions are OK, no opportunity for career development here.
The good thingsThere are some great people that work here that make the work environment enjoyable. There is some flexibility, but there is pressure to be at the office for long hours. Small company.
The challengesZERO personal development, zero opportunity to progress your career, if you want to grow into a role and develop your skills; this is not the company for you. HR is terrible, culture and morale at times is quite low. It's a small company that try to be a big company with onerous processes that are unnecessary for a company this size. Definitely wouldn't recommend for a graduate.
