Great in the beginning but the company has changed focus and no longer values its employees or their opinion.

    Finance Role
    Nov 2019
3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
A very immature organisation which, if they ever graduate beyond crisis managing everything, may well develop into something good... but just not now.
The good thingsPlenty to do. Every day is different.
The challengesComplete lack of leadership, continually set up to fail. Lots of new procedures and processes but no support to make it work... just criticism when it all goes pear shaped as it inevitably must. Low, low salaries and expected to work 60+ hours a week. A manufacturing company with no CI programme.. you join the dots...
