My journey at Emirates Airlines was a thrilling rollercoaster ride of global exploration, diverse connections, and personal growth.
The good thingsTravel Opportunities: One of the most attractive aspects of working for an airline like Emirates is the opportunity to travel to various destinations around the world. Career Advancement: Endless opportunities for career growth and development. Skill Development: The aviation industry provides me with training and experience in various fields, such as customer service, technical skills, leadership, and crisis management. These skills can be valuable for personal and professional growth.
The challengesLong Working Hours: The aviation industry operates around the clock, resulting in irregular and long working hours, including weekends and holidays. This can lead to challenges in maintaining work-life balance. High Stress Environment: which can be stressful due to factors such as tight schedules, unexpected delays, weather-related disruptions, etc. This can impact employee well-being and mental health. Safety and Security: Ensuring passenger safety and security is a top priority in the aviation industry. Employees must adhere to strict protocols and regulations, which can be demanding and require constant vigilance.

The challengesLiving in Dubai. My body deteriorated, crazy body clock, no normality, terrible health routines, 20 hour flights through the night, jet lag. stressful passengers

It's been a memorable and i will never forget, I learned a lot and great experience.
The good thingsI learned a lot, especially it comes to communicate to different kinds of person and nationality. I became a professional operator and driver because of all the trainings that we have. How to handle baggage and cargo. The benefits of free ticket and other discount ticket that we can able to travel around the world.
The challengeschallenges, for me is to how to manage or handle the flight ( if departure time ). summer time coz its really hot outside or inside of the warehouse and airside. lack of operator sometimes, need to be a multi task and step up.

Good for young, single pilots looking for worldwide destination exposure.
The good thingsGood route network, good aircraft types with very few MEL’s on most days.
The challengesRoster-bidding is an oxymoron, rosters are built to suit the Company, with no regard given to requested destinations. Very compressed rosters, with little to no time off in Dubai to spend with family

Opporunity of a lifetime. You have to take the good with the bad.. but the good experiences far out way the bad.
The good things- travel the world - staff travel - lifestyle and work life balance - crew discount and \" free ladies days / nights\" at many: pools, bars, clubs and restaurants in Dubai - living in Dubai - new crew every flight so great opportunity to meet new people
The challenges- living abroad can be hard sometimes if you feel homesick - working shift work at all hours of the day and night and sometimes with back to back flights and minimum rest - can be hard/ impossible to get the annual leave you desire so you might end up missing birthdays/weddings/Christmas etc - on the odd occasion you may have challenging crew/customers

I have a great and good experieced in Emirates Airlines.
The good thingsCompany are very supportive to the staff as long as you doing the SOP. Based on my experienced. Emirates is one of the reason behind that's why I'm leaving here in Australia. I very dedicated to my job and very hardworking staff making lot of overtime if the operation has a short of staff. Main thing is way back 2010 my wife decided to study here in Melbourne as Nurse, while I'm working in Emirates in Dubai Hub, all the financial and support for my wife are coming from my salary in the company and now I'm leaving my family here in Melbourne. It is very sad when I give my resignation and leave at the company I'm working for ten years. Hoping and praying one day I can get a chance to back and work in the same company.
The challengesOn daily basis facing a different scenario or issue in the flights. As a staff you are there to fixed the issue according to the standards.
