    You go in thinking you can help people regain their lives in some form when what you do is stop this from happening because of management.
    The good thingsOh dear, nothing about the job but a few people were nice
    The challengesThe revolving door hits you! Since January in the team I was in there have been 7 people leave from the team due to a manager who manipulates to suit their own wellbeing.

    I would strongly advise against joining this company. They set unrealistic KPIs, foster a stagnant culture with no clear values for internal staff, and experience high turnover among case managers. Compensation remains largely stagnant, with minimal annual pay increases and no updates to the car allowance for years. While they may listen to concerns, meaningful action is rarely taken.

    Be careful before you accept a role at this company. Read reviews, try to inform yourself. Would not recommend it.
    The good thingsUnfortunately I had a negative experience with this company. Good things remain in the past. When I started 3 years ago, things used to be much better.
    The challengesManagement is young and inexperienced, very often arrogant and unsupportive. Overtime is expected but not remunerated.
