Don't deliver the service they promise. Consultants face aggressive Clients weekly for poor service.
The good thingsNone. They push workers to be stressed and high turnover of good people.
The challengesManagement donot meet HR guidelines when dealing with consultants.. Management are out of touch with the Consultants because they do not hold into the field and the DO NOT consult workers when changing workplace duties. They only care about their bonuses.

Absolutely aweful wouldn’t recommend if you enjoy your sanity
The good thingsThe other sales consultants were amazing training is great for entry sales job
The challengesKPIs were hard to hit, upper management in Sydney was a joke. Once the brought in the head of sales the company started going down hill in Perth. Hire and fire pretty quickly. Went to sales trainer, boosted sales and training strategies. Got no recognition.

Better find a job more respectable but don't join this organisation
The good thingsThe initial training for 6 weeks was good.
The challengesUnrealistic expectations, no support from management, conflicting advise which leaves the clients confused, unprofessional HR.

Management needs to pull their finger out and realise they need to take care of their employees if they wish to have employees who actually care about retaining clients.
The good thingsSnapsure the only was to relieve stress.
The challengesEven as you achieve your CPS targets there are no pay increases or career progression as outlined in the career pathway. But what is ironic is that if you underperform they are straight on the performance review process. A significant increase in workload which is expected to be finished and yet no option of overtime.

It's a great place to work if you don't have a social life
The good thingsCompany snacks and some individuals who really went above and beyond their role, mostly to compensate for the lack of competence or care of others
The challengesSenior management is completely incompetent and they keep losing good people because of it

A whirlwind of learning and being challenged to grow
The good thingsGreat workplace culture. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Everyone happy to help. Lots of benefits, including paid parental leave and social events. Really great training and culture is focused on coaching to be better.
The challengesVery fast paced. Not somewhere where you can stop and think a lot, you need to be able to work quickly. Communication is okay but could be better, sometimes you do not hear about changes until the last minute.

Employsure is one of the most supportive and exciting companies to work at!
The good thingsFrom the onset Employsure creates a supportive environment. For me, this was important as you always knew who to go to for questions, and help was never far away. The company values shine through every single employee and for that reason it is an enjoyable place to work at.
The challengesThe company is large and it does take a bit to understand all the different teams, departments and how ES works! However, the company induction was incredible at ensuring everyone has the start they need to set them up for success.

Strongly Recommend, you won't be disappointed.
The good thingsEmploysure has been a pleasure to work at, since joining I am consistently impressed by the staff and company at large. They foster an inclusive culture and I am involved in a friendly team who work hard and bring out the best in each other. I feel lucky to be a part of it. Management is excellent, they are transparent in their plans and they genuinely seem to have the best interests of their staff at heart. The company lives the values that they claim to follow which is refreshing. They invest in their staff and I have seen in my short time many people get well deserved promotions for hard work. The work is challenging though enjoyable. I strongly recommend Employsure.
The challengesThe work is challenging, but that is the nature of my role, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. In terms of company wide challenges, there are a lot of processes to get used too particularly if you are like me and you learn by making mistakes but once you understand these processes and why they are there, everything will fall into place.

I was looking for a job and I found a career.
The good thingsI have worked with Employsure for 11 months now, This was my first ever corporate office job it's set the bar pretty high, they provide a business culture that's 'all in' for their employees and give opportunities to continue a career with them. Through internal roles and coaching programs with continuous options for development and learning. Through this they provide options for you to move into new roles.
The challengesNo challenges as of yet

A place to learn and grow for any person willing to put in the work.
The good thingsBy far, this is the best company I've worked for. The teams are amazing - people across all teams genuinely enjoy and have a passion for what they do, and this encourages others to want to do well also! I have been lucky enough to shift positions within the company when the opportunity arose and this is not uncommon - there is always encouragement to learn and excel. There is continuous support and coaching to help each individual be set up for success and be the best version of themselves - which I love about Employsure. A very values driven organisation and it shows - when you live the Employsure values and you are willing to put in the work, your efforts do not go unnoticed. There are so many opportunities to expand your experience in the workplace when you work for Employsure and you can also certainly create some lifelong friends along the way too!
The challengesI honestly cannot think of any difficulties - sometimes there has been a lack of communication from some individuals - but that is an easy fix when we remember our value of "keeping each other in the pocket"

Good company to work for and lots of incentives
The good thingsEveryone at Employsure is passionate about what we do for our clients and hard work is recognised and success congratulated. I can always find someone who are willing to help me when there is a problem. There are a lot of training and support provided to ensure I can be successful at the company.
The challengesNot enough diversity and many requirements that is fairly time consuming

I love working at Employsure, I'm invested in the vision and equally feel that Employsure is invested in my growth.
The good thingsEmploysure has been an amazing place to develop a career and the business is very invested in developing their people through learning both through formal programs and on job learning. Although I was already happy to be working for a company with a clear vision and purpose invested in their people, this was cemented over the last 12 months with their management of the COVID-19 crisis. The leadership team communicated frequently through various ways including the CEO running a weekly Q&A session. Whenever decisions were made, they were clear on the why and impact. Speaking with others who often felt left in the dark by their employers and uncertain of their future, I had a very different and positive experience and am very grateful for this
The challengesEmploysure is a very fast paced environment and it is critical that you are adaptable to change. This can be difficult for some but it also means growth and opportunities so really is suited to those who are ambitious in nature.

The good thingsThe good (great) things I find about Employsure include, the team and the support they give you (they listen to concerns), the knowledge that is shared, the autonomy of the role and the trust between everyone, and of course the financial aspect.
The challengesTargets can be high but, the rewards are great if you obtain them.

Corporate culture matters. Employsure values their employees and I experienced it on my first day, and for me that matters the most.
The good thingsNot only do Employsure help companies to do better, but they also ensure that their people get set up for success. I remember my first day most specifically induction day I already felt a strong culture where they value their people. I got the opportunity to meet the directors and the managing director and learn the humble beginnings of Employsure. From that point, I knew already that I’d be in good hands. And I was right. The guidance that I received from my managers helped me grow and made me better in my role. Because of the people I work with and my leaders, it made my day to day at work easier and enjoyable at the same time. And for that I am grateful.
The challengesProbably the most challenging part (in the beginning) was learning the system and making sure that I followed the proper procedure of doing things. Since its been a while that I worked in the office environment.

Great collaborative culture and a company that puts their values, staff and clients at the centre of everything they do :)
The good thingsExcellent career opportunities within the business to progress internally. Collaborative and supportive culture. Its also refreshing to see a company continually live by their values on a daily basis.
The challengesIt is a fast paced, target driven environment, which for me is great but may be challenging to those who are not used to it and find it difficult to adapt quickly to change.

Great company to work at but can be challenging
The good thingsGreat company culture and lots of flexibility. There are always opportunities for career growth and learning new skills.
The challengesIt is a very fast-paced environment and processes/deadlines are always changing. It can be difficult when there is a lack of communication between the teams and how internal processes can often slow you down.

Overall, Employsure has a great culture and I really enjoy work for such a great company.
The good thingsThe values of Employsure make this a really great place to work as it really ensures that the work culture is great. The collaboration between has been getting stronger which makes it feel like one business.
The challengesWorking with some stakeholders can be hard as it is such a fast paced company. This means that most people are usually very busy and not available to gather information you need to do your tasks in a timely manner.
