People here are good, the company is too focused on cost cutting that its driving the people away
The good thingsPeople that work here are great
The challengesGlobally controlled, no autonomy to make decisions at local level. Focused too much on Cost and Overhead spend. Cost cutting everywhere even on people. Office not large enough to house everyone that is working. Poor facilities

    The best place to work!
The good thingsThe people and training are fantastic, there is so much to learn and the company encourage you to do it without any expense to you.
The challengesThe only challenges faced is based on your own work ethic. If you put in the hard work, then the rewards are endless.
