Isolated, unsupported, unknown and made to feel a failure based on personal circumstances. The good thingsWorking with the clients, some great team members
The challengesIs a sterile workplace with non existent culture. Management think culture is process, in my 12 months not once was there any interest in who I was. They manage by hiding behind process, I took two weeks leave after a marriage separation due to challenging personal circumstances after a week got a text on my personal phone saying check your emails, the email told me to return to work. No phone call, no question as to how I was, to that manager she had done her job. Worst piece of people management I have seen I my 35 years at work. That’s an example many others, Leadership is 20 years behind and they have no clue as to what it actually is. Turnover at care manager level is exceptionally poor and that starts with onboarding which has no structure , no support and no accountability. The person fails it is their fault they can’t handle it. Watched many slowly sink feeling unsupported and not feeling part of the team, but there is no team it’s individual. So think carefully before joining this company, the pay is also an industry low and client numbers an industry high, not a great picture unfortunately but it’s their reality
