    Thankless job,Terrible and Incompetent Upper Management.
    The good thingsMeeting people from all over the world(when their vehicle is actually available!)
    The challengesManagement saying they encourage ideas for improvement and then totally ignore or dismiss suggestions. Payroll and HR departments are extremely incompetent, an absolute nightmare. Award leave entitlements not adhered to. Overbooking vehicles and dealing with angry customers.

    There's a high turn over rate that is company wide for a reason. It's a really stressful place to work and even though the people are generally great, it's not worth it.
    The good thingsMet some good people and enjoyed customer interactions.
    The challengesPoor management and training across the whole company. They make empty promises regarding fixing problems, uniforms, and learning/growth opportunities. No HR support, and leadership is fully aware. Roles remain unfilled for months, leading to extra duties without added pay or support.

    The challengescontracts that fair work warn against with strange ways to rip you off on overtime, absolutely no HR support. Promises on uniforms, training manuals ETC. promise a family atmosphere and throw you to the wolves. Unachievable bonus for managers that seniors love sinking

    Terrible with a chance of stuck forever
    The good thingsNothing this company is terrible to work for and set you up for failure... no cars, angry customers, no booth in the airport, poor support staff and poor detailing of cars. I had maybe 2 colleagues I could rely on there and one left another is still there... poor guy.
    The challengesNo cars for rentals. Auto upsells so no chance for better incentives as they base your rate of execution by what cars you supply the customer. But you know as a customer getting an SUV when they order a Rio... great for them but not for business. This is also the Redspot group...

    Disappointing!
    The good thingsThere is none, really! Unless you enjoy drama and stress all the time.
    The challengesThe company/management does't look after it's employees. Working environment is terrible and overbooked on regular basis (not being able to provide cars to customers with bookings) with unhappy customers. The employees don't stay there for very long, the rotation is frequent. Stress is common in customer service but it wouldn't have to be if there were competent people above! Unreliable and unhappy staff. Terrible work environment and pay is just average. I could go on and on...

    Was a good company until enterprise took over now it’s about making money with no support to staff.
    The good thingsYour coworkers, if your lucky enough to be employed with good people
    The challengesHead office wants you to hit sales goals but offer no training, support or encouragement. Constantly under staffed and being over worked pulling triple shifts at times with only 6 hours break between shifts if lucky. They also don’t pay you correctly, have you on the wrong award for the role.

    Disappointing.
    The good thingsExcept for the management every one was friendly and helpful.
    The challengesSince the partnered up with Enterprise everything went down hill fast. Targets and incentives are extremely hard to achieve and management are always on your back. If the manager doesn't like you they do their best to get rid of you by making your work day miserable.
